INSPECTION SERVICES

Quality Control of a roofing project determines whether the end product will
perform as intended.  Many roof systems should perform with a useful service
life of over twenty years.  Unfortunately, many roofs fail prematurely due to
poor workmanship and lack of attention to details.  Detroit Roofing Inspection
Service offers inspection services to assure that you receive exactly
what was specified.

Detroit Roofing Inspection Service offers two types of inspection services.  They
are full time and part time inspection.  Full time inspection requires an inspector
on the job at all times when the contractor is on site.   Part time inspection
allows for inspection once a day when the contractor is on site.

1.  DAILY INSPECTION
To include detailed written reports.  Reports would include:
     (A)  Narrative type report on progress of the project
     (B)  Recording and tracking unit price items
     (C)  Area worked
     (D)  Kettle temperature and EVT
     (E)  Deck Replacement areas
     (F)  Weather conditions

2.  PREPARATION OF AN ITEMIZED PUNCHLIST

3.  FINAL INSPECTION OF THE ENTIRE PROJECT

4.  DAILY REPORTS WILL BE SENT TO DESIGNATED PARTIES

5.  REVIEWING CONTRACTOR BILLING AND REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
