PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS

DESIGN SERVICES
Creating a customized set of plans and specifications is critical to solving design
problems and also for consistent bidding.  We will perform a site evaluation of
your facility and analyze the requirements of the roofing system.  All roofing
system options will be evaluated and selection of the proper roof system will be
determined.   Written specifications will be generated utilizing all information
gathered from the site visit and incorporating the clients needs and requirements. 

Customized details will be generated for each roof penetration.  also included
in the design services will be the following.

1.  PREPARATION OF BIDDING DOCUMENTS
Which will include:

(A)  Instructions to Bidders
(B)  General Conditions
(C)  Proposal Forms
(D)  Detailed Installation Procedures

2.  SELECT CONTRACTORS BEST SUITED TO PERFORM THE SPECIFIED WORK

3.  CONDUCT A PRE-BID MEETING WITH SELECTED CONTRACTORS

4.  REVIEW BIDS AND MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS

5.  PREPARATION OF CONTRACTS IF REQUIRED

6.  PREPARE ALL CHANGE ORDERS AND APPROVE CERTIFICATES FOR PAYMENT

The complete specifications will be formulated into a Written Specification
Booklet including all necessary drawings and construction details.
